Home Exterior Remodel

5404 Mainview Drive was a complete exterior remodel which reused much of the exterior lap siding (after refurbishing) while installing new board & batten on the gable ends and new shake siding under the windows for accent. New energy-efficient windows and doors were installed with new 4” trim around all new features including outside corners. A new front deck and new rear wrap-around deck were installed along with new landscaping, underground sprinklers, repaired chain-link fencing, and a row of privacy Lilacs in the backyard.
